Lip Balm Pricing
Because we are a US based company all pricing and quotes for Lip Balms are in US dollars only.
How can I pay for my order?
If we could we would accept IOU’s but right now we only accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as PayPal.
What happens after I place my order?
After you place your order and send us your artwork or personalized text, our army of little orange men creates and emails you an artwork proof for you to approve. Once we have your approval they go and custom imprint your desired logo or message on the product. After production your order gets shipped to you in plenty of time for you to have an amazing promotion for your event.
How soon will I get my order?
It depends, did you send me a tip? But even if you didn’t our orders ship as soon as they are ready. Normally that is 5 days after a proof is approved. We also provide 3 day rush and next day rush for your convenience at an additional cost. Next day rush orders with an imprint must be in by 11:00 AM central time, if you are ordering blanks the order must be in by 12:30 PM central time.
Artwork Requirements
We prefer to receive art in an Adobe Illustrator eps (vector) file in either CMYK or RGB (all fonts/typefaces outlined), but will accept electronic art in eps, pdf, tiff, or jpeg files in a PC format. Please keep in mind that artwork with high color saturations print with better quality. All art with halftones, screens, fades or blends are subject to our review and approval.
How to Send Artwork
We make it easy! When you go through the online ordering process you will be prompted to upload your logo before checking out. We also have a NOTES area where you can provide us with additional information about your art if needed. Alternatively, you can email your logo to us before you order and request a FREE PROOF. Be sure to tell us which product you would like a proof for, and let us know if you need to make changes or add to the art file that you are sending. Proofs
E-mail proofs are provided for you free of charge, and must be approved before we will begin production of your order. Once the artwork is complete, we will email a proof for authorization. Simply reply to the emailed proof and let us know that you approve. We request that proof approval be made within 24 hours of receipt to maintain your ship date.
Shipping
We offer UPS ground shipping within the continental USA. A shipping estimate can be obtained once your shopping cart is complete. Shipping times are noted on each product, many of which have free shipping.
Samples
Product samples can be provided free of charge for most products (moderate quantities please).
